He was going on and on with his usual spiel about how Iraq and hte world was better that Saddam was locked away, blah...blah...blah and he got his tongue somehow tied around his eyetooth and he couldn't see where he was going. I couldn't believe it! He muttered something like "the world would be better off if we were not there...er...uh..I mean, the world is better off because we are there...or some such rot...paraphrasing. Totally incomprehensible!
