Rove is a miserable failure

He's wasted millions of dollars in failed campaign tactics, one after another, all year long. He's a pathetic wimp who couldn't strategize his way out of a paper bag.

Rove had to go into politics because he's incompetent at everything else. If they put Rove in charge of opening the mail at campaign headquarters he would screw that up too.

A short list of Rove's complete failures so far in this campaign. Feel free to add more:

1. Leading off the TV ad campaign with images of 9/11. Ads abruptly pulled after public outcry.

2. Holding the Republican convention in NYC. Record-breaking protests hammered home the message: America hates Bush.

3. Holding "loyalty oath only" rallies. Worst pr move imaginable. Antagonized undecideds and provided a brilliant contrast between Kerry-Edwards rallies open to tens of thousands and Bush-Cheney rallies open to ... dozens.

4. Encouraged violent freepers to stage "attacks" during Democratic rallies. Busted. See Parlock.

5. Showcasing "Bush Family Values" by encouraging the Bush twins to campaign for daddy, including their brilliant speech at the RNC. Brilliant for Kerry, that is.

So why is BushCo polling so close to Kerry? The polls are freeped. If a real survey was taken of people planning to vote in November, I think that Bush would trail Kerry by at least 20 points. The actual spread is probably close to 60% for Kerry, 40% for Bush or somebody else. Just like Poppy Bush's numbers trailed Clinton.

He got the least qualified candidate of all time into the greatest office on earth. His evil worked well enough to steal Florida and the Nation. He is a disgusting puffy little fascist ferret, but in this case the S.O.B. succeeded.

BushCo was supposed to win in 2000 by a landslide. Rove screwed up. The election actually went to Gore and BushCo only saved the election for themselves by disrupting the count in brother Jeb's state and even that was failing until daddy made the Supreme Court justices he nominated to the bench appoint his son president.

Very, very messy. Miserable failure.

In the end, we certainly hope he will be. But, the ass got Bush* into office in 2000 and has reined in dissent and controlled the media like a maestro. Sadly, he has been all too successful...

Rove failed to get W elected properly in 2000. If it hadn't been for daddy, brother Jeb, and the Supreme Court, W would be quaffing scotch in Texas.

Rove is failing to get W elected properly in 2004. They're having to resort to all kinds of complicated tricks to make it seem like BushCo is on top. Think of the debts they will owe when this is over!
