If the * and his campaign keep saying that
Kerry says that the world would be better off with Saddam in power, they should say WRONG, and then repeat *'s quote about * not thinking or caring about Osama. Bush thinks the world is safer with Osama running around, Osama attacked the US, Saddam was found in a hidey hole, you choose.

3. And it's being not just in Kerry VS. Bush.
It was used yesterday in a debate between incumbent Democratic Representative Vic Snyder from Arkansas and his opponent - Marvin Parks - "If Mr. Snyder had his way, Sadaam would still be in power - la ti da......" Also, "Mr. Snyder chose to trust a madman." (when he voted against IWR). I liked Vic's reply - that he did not choose to trust a madman - there were sanctions against him and inspectors in there because we did NOT trust him.

2. The world would have been better off if Osama had been caught...
and Al Qaida fully destroyed, and The Taliban forever dismantled, and Saddam under the watchful eye of the world. And our allies would still be saying "We are all Americans."

4. Whenever someone says "If Kerry was president, Saddam would still be ...
"If Kerry was President, Saddam would still be in power"

I usually respond with "And if Gore was President, we would still have the World Trade Center."

5. Yes that flip flop is more damning and relevant, not to mention...
...that Kerry was right, the world is safer with Hussein captured rather than still running around loose in the chaos of a post invasion Iraq that Bush caused. Hussein is an enemy of ours and he suddenly was much more motivated to cooperate with the Al Quada terrorists who were pouring across Iraq's unguarded borders to kill Americans and plot global jihad. He had nothing left to lose. That is the context of Kerry's comment. There was no flip flop.
