Bush thinks he's being clever by refusing to refer to John Kerry by name..
... But by now it's just plain rude. What petty, childish person he is.

1. How Petty and Bushlike!
He does it as a show of disrespect to the future President Kerry. I can't wait until he gets his poopy little ass kicked!

2. He has never
reached Big Boy status. He is simply a stupid, dull child. Your parents have to let you grow up and in some cases force you. It apparently never happened to him. Just a stupid, dull, spiteful child.

5. It's actually smart psychologically...
Most experts will tell you that if you want to try and humanize a person you use their name often.. A kidnapper takes a child the mother of the victim should recite her name often.. Bush is using this in reverse.. Instead of using Kerry's name he just minimizes him.. It is totally rude and I don't believe it will work, but I think that is the justification.. Either that or Bush can't pronounce John kerry, which wouldn't surprise me either..

12. Well, I guess Kerry is "humanizing" bush
by using his name so much..but somebody has to use somebody's name..and it might as well be the bigger man.

6. He did it in his U.N. speech too
When referring to Saddam Hussein. He used the word "dictator" twice instead of his name. It's a thang he does to dis people.

7. noticed that. But Kerry has changed, too.
Kerry now says George W. Bush far more often than "the president."
Good strategy...and truthful, to boot.

9. He probably can't. Mental block or something!
Sometimes when people are so filled with hate as shrub is, they can't say their name.
Many people posting here don't use bush, substituting shrub or * but I think that is something else.

10. To me it shows a sign of weakness and
turning green with Jealousy and also that he hates him.

Kerry is the stronger person by far and can say bush's name any time he pleases. Heard him say it many times in his New York University Speech and on Letterman.
