30. Had a phone conversation the other day with a long-time business associate who has

always been a right-wing nut IMO. But he's basically a decent human being who produces a quality product and hires and helps some of the worst-case losers you could imagine.

Anyway, I'm asking him how business is going and he tells me it's really slow and he knows folks whose businesses are going under. So I say, yeah, it's slow here too, but we're hoping things have hit bottom and are heading up.

Then he says "Well, if they don't start looking up pretty soon you know there are a lot of pissed-off, desperate people who are ready to revolt, doncha?"
