Request for information: Kerry going to Paris and trying to get POWs

Just saw reference to this in another thread and I had heard something about it before. Can anyone point me to a link that explains what he was doing in Paris?

1. Kerry talked all about it in his testimony

to the Foreign Affairs (?) committee, during Vietnam.

C-SPAN had a video of the whole thing. It might be on their website.

Man, these guys will stop at nothing to smear Kerry.

I sure hope he starts fighting back soon. Only 40 something days until the election.
