For consorting with devil-worshipping, free-loving, coastal-living
sleazeballs who falsified *'s military records in an effort to
decieve the American public and make * look good by comparison.

The sad thing is *'s guard duty was not all that unusual for a man of
his time and background, as the media shall surely point out when all
the facts are in and it comes time to rehabilitate *'s reputation.

Hubris and an overweening desire to feel liked was his downfall,

Are you saying there were a lot of AWOL NG members who just flat deserted during their tenure? And got away with it because of their background? I'm guessing the right-wing-controlled media will never report that Bush's reputation needs rehabilitating, since they'll never cop to him having done anything wrong. Besides which--and here's the kicker--anything Bush MAY have done wrong 'way back then doesn't count to a majority of his supporters because he's been born-again and old things are passed away. Plus, they wouldn't know the meaning of hubris, unless it's in a Bible dictionary.
