As his first task as President, John Kerry must replace Porter Goss....
with someone less partisan. It is a REALITY that Goss would in fact midlead Kerry to make him look bad. Basically, Goss would be doing the dirty work for the GOP who are going to attempt their hardest to destroy his Presidency.

The CIA did it the other JFK (Bay of Pigs) and they WILL screw around with this JFK (JK).

DO NOT TRUST PORTER GOSS!

-use this link to email Senators and ask them to reject Porter Goss' nomination:

4. I wasn't sure that a President can replace a CIA chief?
I've tried to not follow this story much because I knew Goss would be confirmed. Can Kerry demand the resignation of the CIA chief. What I'm hoping for is a the 9/11 Commission enhanced homeland securtiy chief with budget authority. Who better than Wes Clark? :-)
