Did anyone notice the backhanded compliments Kerry rec'd
from CNN types for his magnificent speech today? John King, Jay Carney and Adam Clymer (I think) in their own snarky way had to admit it was a strong speech ("for Kerry"). I just hope he keeps it up -- and continues to draw out the daily horrors as evidence.

I think we're about to watch him become that amazing teller of truth (about the Iraq quagmire) that he was as a young man - warning the nation about the horrors of Vietnam - before he puts down the Dim Son *.

This and the Zogby Battleground Poll is confirmation that we have been in pretty good despite a horrific August from the despicable Swift Liars and the Hate Fest in New York. In the truly independent polls (Zogby, Rasmussen, Investor's Business Daily, Pew, Christian Science Monitor and Harris), the race is either tied or within the margin of error. We are probably 2 to 4 points behind nationally, and holding our own in the battleground states.

My fellow Americans, we will win this race. John ('Mr. October) Kerry is ascending and will peak at just the right time.
