Did anyone see Bruce Fein on Hardball?
I'm just watching the replay and didn't find his name n a search here at DU.

Anyhow, it was astonishing that, when pressed about Cheney being held accountable for torture, he told Matthews that he thought a pardon would be appropriate after a full investigation.

was one possibility . . . like ford's pardon of nixon . . . and that the acceptance by the recipient would, by definition, be an admission of wrong-doing. you know cheney would never accept a pardon if it meant he had to admit he was wrong . . . or in the words of the fonz . . . wr-r-r-r-ro.

3. I agree but found it shocking that Fein would go that far
It even made Tweety momentarily silenced.

I thought Cheney's reaction is always predictable. But his being found guilty and the whole process leading up to that is something Fein would pursue. Nice to hear a conservative like him utter the words.
