It's not the be-all and end-all reason to vote against Bush. But every reason counts, both as a cumulative result and as final straws for various people. The last straw for most people I know is the economy (unless they have kids around draft age) and they respond to the TANG documents along the lines of, "Yeah? Big surprise. The guy is scum, we knew that already."
