Terrorism is higher under Bush than at any other point in modern history.
This is according to the US State Department.

Why have I not heard a single prominent Democrat mention it?

They're handing the terrorism issue to Bush.

1. Yes, we need mantras, and we need repitition with no explanation
We must play the game that the average ADHD American moron can understand. We must realize how stupid Americans are and play to that. No more intellectualizing - we Americans are morons (well, you know who I mean).

4. What's sad is that you're absolutely right.
They need to run ads directly blasting Bush's handling of terrorism by running with that State Dep't report. Over and over again.

2. He Is Paying the Price of 8 Years of Clinton Foreign Policy!
Didn't u get the memo?

Clinton ignored terrorists all through the 90's, and let people have a false sense of security, and then he gets out of office just in time for the new republican honourable approved-by-jesus president to have to CLEAN UP CLINTON'S MESS!!!

bush inherited terrorism, and a recession. THAT was the clinton legacy.

...
