For those who follow Rasmussen, a 2.90% net increase for Kerry today.
Kerry recorded a NET increase of 2.90%, his biggest move since
9/5.

5. I believe so, and I think that the reason is Iraq...
A 2.90 % increase in a three-day rolling average means that with the pomp of the conventions behind us, people are getting back to the real issues, and Iraq and Vietnam are drawing comparisons. I think that this could be devastating for the current regime.

8. This is three day rolling average isn't it. So it must mean that 9/16
was an aberation with Bush possibly 8 or more point ahead. The single Kerry and Bush are essentially tied a few days in a row on the other three days, 9/16 must have been around 54%. With that number falling off this three day average we return to normal. 9/17 and 9/18 are obviously affected by that abnormality. Looks like a this another poll that confirms a tie.
