Bush is like Baghdad Bob - said Bill Maher
(watched a rerun yesterday).

I think that this should be our slogan. Everyone was having a great time at the former Iraqi minister of information Mohammed Saeed al-Sahaf. Well, Bush, and Rumsfeld are the same. We keep winning in Iraq. Democracy is just around the corner, while things are getting darker and darker.

I hope that we have passed the news about Vietnam. The swifters had their glory and more than 15 min in fame. Now let's concentrate on Iraq and I hope that Kerry will be able to talk about it without hurting the troops that are there. Concentrating on benefits to the families back home may be a good point.

And he'd better have a good reply to Bush's challenge of whether Kerry would still vote for the IWR knowing what he knows now. And a simple, one sentence reply, please.

2. I think that is an excellent analogy !
Ridicule is such an effective weapon. George W Bush is like Baghdad Bob...Remember he said that the Americans were not in control of Baghdad and that the Iraqi Army was in control of the situation. The lies were so obvious....just like Bush....er Baghdad Bob.. :)

7. Unfortunately, Big Bad John has not demonstrated (in public,
as a presidential candidate) any penchant for the remarkable turn of phrase that would point a national guffaw at our little "Hitler the dink." I have been hoping for many months that a well turned joke would be aimed and fired his direction. This could be devastating. B B John is a serious, thoughtful intellectual, just the sort to be president, but not an avid humorist. Maybe a thought for his advisor team, since he seems incapable of the simple, three word sentances and one syllable words that the dink's followers seem to appreciate most and think make their leader a "common man."
He also needs to learn to say "uh," and 'DUH" a lot more.

8. I almost fell on the floor laughing when I read this!!! Very Funny!
We need to keep saying it until it sticks just like the Kerry flip flopper thing has stuck. Redundant, redundant, redundant, redundant is the key! Baghdad Bush!
