Asshats stole my lawn sign!

Boy, they MUST be getting desperate.

Now, I've fucking had it! We woke up this morning to find that someone had stolen our Kerry/Edwards sign and replaced it with a "Support Our Troops vote BUSH" sign. I was so mad I slammed the door and cracked the wall. I can't believe this shit. All the fucking B/C signs I see every day that piss me off so bad I wanna rip 'em out, burn 'em down, piss on their lawn, but I don't, because hey, if you wanna be fucking stupid I guess that's your right, and then they have the unmitigated goddam gall. I'm so mad I could fucking spit.

So I went down to the Kerry HQ and got a new one, along with a couple for the windows, and I went to the police station and filed a report (about which, I'm sure they'll do nothing), and I feel a little better but I'm still steaming.... Anyone got any good ideas for retaliation????? AGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

Putting something icky on the sign might also work.

Or putting out a fake video camera with a sign saying that the area is being monitored.

Boobyy-trap the signs. You know, thumb-tacks or broken glass on the ground around them, or maybe your pet (or you) can contribute some sticky smelly stuff to smear around the edges right where their hands will grab it. All kinds of ideas....or maybe a little low voltage electric wire around it...'yep..could be fun coming up with ideas. Bet it would at least slow 'em down. Take a long rope and secure it real well to the sign then tie the other end of the rope to something that will make lots and lots of noise when it is pulled on.

5. Just keep putting them back up

I have 3 Kerry signs, a home made that says " 1,030 dead troops killed by bush". Make this using their sign. Just reverse it , buy some acylic paint RED or Blue in the craft store, a wide brush and go to it. Drives them nuts. Also have "Bush is a Coward" and a few other choice ones depending on my mood of the day. To be effective ,when painting signs the letters should be FAT and CLOSE together. Be happy if they leave a sign in place of yours JUST REPAINT IT

8. Put them in the WINDOWS

We had our nicked, so we got smart (we live on a corner) and put them in windows facing front and side, plus a 9/11 flag that flies 24x7.

I understand there's Kerry flags somewhere, I havent been able to find them, but I DO want one to fly as well. Anyone know who has 'em?

12. Go get all the signs you can and Plaster the house with them. They stole

ours last year and we put up 10 times more and no more problems. You can get them free at your local Union hall probably. Shh don't tell everyone. We put them in windows all over house closer to street. You can nail a shit load all over town. Get a bull horn and yell Vote Kerry if your smart.

However, D-Link sells a nifty wireless internet camera (DCS900) for about $150. If you have a wireless access point already at your house, all you need to do is plug it into the wall. You can record when there is motion, but the best part is we can all help watch your lawn as well since afterall... It's a wireless "internet" camera.... *grin..
