Beck called him back to ask him whether the "union guy" was his son.

Beck is pretty disgusting. But he asks a pertinent question: "Why go to this rally if you had a bad experience at rallies two times before?"

In the second interview, Beck tells Parlock that he doesn't believe the sign ripper was his son: "I'd have to believe that you were a monster ... because you would have to do something to make your daughter cry."

9. From there, I jumped to a Huntington news BB

and found them talking about Phil Parlock.

There are a couple of posters arguing Phil Parlock's side, natch, but they don't seem to know the guy. There's also a woman giving an account of exactly what happened, though of course it's hearsay -- or eyewitness evidence!
