Election win in Pa. hangs by a vote
President George W. Bush is running neck-and-neck with Democratic challenger John Kerry in Pennsylvania, after erasing the Massachusetts senator's earlier lead and setting up an apparent fight to the finish in this critical battleground state, a Pittsburgh Tribune-Review poll shows.
"This, in reality, is going to come down to the very last vote in Pennsylvania," said Jerry Shuster, a political analyst who teaches communications at the University of Pittsburgh and Robert Morris University.

The Republican president nosed ahead of the challenger by a 2-point margin -- a statistical dead heat -- according to the Keystone poll conducted for the Trib. The poll showed Bush edging Kerry by 47 percent to 45 percent, with 8 percent undecided, among 491 registered voters. The survey has a margin of error of plus or minus of 4.4 percentage points.

Among likely voters, the race is even closer: tied at 49 percent, the poll found.

1. This is a Scaife rag.
I don't know how reliable their polls are but this is a right-wing source.

To the good people of PA: Please vote Kerry and unemploy Nazi Santorum ASAP. Thank you.

this is pretty much crap but hope it inspires a big DEM turnout
with hard work and good turnout Kerry should take PA. PA always polls close but has voted DEM for 4 straight elections. If there is a good reason why an unpopular (44% approval rating) GOP incompetent like Bush has suddenly become the darling of PA voters, I haven't seen it. This is just the usual polling noise from built in bias of small sample polls. (i.e 231 RV for Bush, 221 RV for Kerry on this particular night with this particular sample)

5. Well if it is a conservative rag
They must be shitting a brick as the results from likely voters have Kerry and Bush running equal at 49 prcent, and that is not something you would expect in a "Scaife rag". If they cant doctor the states to vome up with something better than that there is a real problem for Bush. Besides they were reporting on a Keystone Poll I beleive, which i think has nothing to do with them.
