Anybody else notice the CBS editing on the Kerry speech tonight??
While Kerry was speaking, they cut away to a couple of images of the fighting an chaos in Iraq, then went back to Kerry...

During the Bush coverage, they introduced it by saying he ignored his own intelligence reports during the speech...then just showed him.

My impression was that they were adding "color" to Kerry's comments about the mess in Iraq....

Of course, reporter Pitts then commented that "both Kerry and Bush have an Iraq problem" ...

1. "AMERICA has an 'Iraq problem'...
... and it's all George Bush's fault!"

2. I noticed that as well during the Kerry clips.

I am still at a loss as to why the media thinks that Iraq is somehow Kerry's problem. I know Kerry's stance on Iraq and the folks in the media can read about it on his website. The fact remains that George Bush got us involved in this mess, not John Kerry.

By GOD. He's as bad as Bush. (excuse my mocking of the simplistic outrage that is out there daily by the hard left and...Pat Buchanan)

I get tired of it. And especially because it means that the LEFT, Pat Buchanan, Bush and the media all agree. John Kerry is to blame. I wish oh I wish we had Jon Stewart as our media rep. He can take them down in two seconds, "I tend to blame the bus driver, not one of a hundred that bought a ticket."

4. I thought there coverage tonight was totally pro Dem
They were trying to emphasize what Kerry was saying about the mess. Then when they went to Bush, they tried to cut him down to size immediately as having already read the intelligence report and just bullshitting. They were digging at Bush all during this broadcast.
