The reason why Kerry is trailing Bush in Ohio
Ohio isn't a traditional republican state(excluding Cincinnati) and in fact we used to have two die hard democrats for senators in Howard Metzenbaum and John Glenn. Ohio has gone red because the DLC has had too much influence over democrats in general and they take the approach of not attacking or fighting back. Dennis Kucinich is a staunch winner in Ohio because he's not afraid to take republicans not only to task but to the ropes as well. Since John Kerry decided that he'd take most of the summer off and not fight Bush he lost his lead in Ohio. I was in my College English class in which a poll was taken where it was Bush 9, Kerry 8 and 2 were undecided. Kerry's campaign managers and strategist have figured out a way for him to lose to a war criminal. Ohio went for Clinton in 92 & 96 because Clinton unleashed the hounds of hell to carry out the fury of justice. John Kerry wishes to still play by Ivy League rules in a bar room brawl and is getting crushed by a punk and a coward. It was time to take off the gloves a long time ago if he doesn't do it now it will be tooo late.

3. too many new voter registrations in Ohio
60,000 in Hamilton County alone. If you live in Ohio or can come help in Ohio plaster the DRAFT ALERT flyers all over college campuses:

Go to http://somnamblst.tripod.com to download a high resolution TIF file to print. TIF opens in PhotoShop, PaintShopPro, etc. PDF file to be added tomorrow.

6. Clinton brought me to the democrats in '92
You are so right. Kerry needs to fight back. The last two weeks have been a good start. He can bring others to our side in Ohio if he takes lessons from Clinton and fights like he's in a barroom brawl.

Senators pride themselves in being gentlemen, but maybe that's why few if any senators win a presidential election.

7. Kick.
Kerry can win Ohio. Clinton did. Gore gave up too early on Ohio. Kerry must campaign here until election day. People must not believe that Ohio is a repuke state. My state is full of educated people who will resist the BFEE and vote for Kerry.
