Kerry's Speech on C-Span at Approx. 8:35pm ET Tonight
C-Span will broadcast the Kerry speech in front of the national guard tonight at around 8:35pm ET. They will also show Bush's speech in front of the same crowd before Kerry's speech at 8:00pm ET.

But couldn't one of their three channels at least have jumped out of Washington Journal repeats and shown it live?
