it is animation and it has some 60 surf music behind it has the narrator a young girl talking in a 60 surfer girl dialect tells us all about John Kerry's flip flops and how he winds surfs and then they play the clip of him say he voted for the 87 billion before he voted against it. It is funny and sad at the same time. I am not sure if it is intended for younger viewers or just trying to be funny. They played it on MSNBC this moring right after Iums.

1. It's pretty lame

I think it's distracting and convoluted, but the takeaway (to me) is that now people know that Kerry windsurfs. That's a good thing for the "youth vote".
