that's why * has nothing but negative attacks.

* made no serious effort to have a coalition in Iraq. But * didn't understnad is that it matters to our success that we have other people involved.

That will change when Kerry is our President. He get allies involved in all facets of the process.

The Iraqis have to see this as no longer being an American occupation.

This is Edwards' strength: he should use it as much as possible. Say things outright, and with strength. Talk to people in simple, persuasive language. Ditch the campaign talking points. (It was so short I can hardly remember, but I think he lapsed into a talking point or two briefly and it was the least effective part of the segment.)

He is EXCELLENT at getting in the "common touch" in his soundbites. Even if you don't remember what he said, you relate to going to the football game.
