Okay, I have put money on this election with Freeper friends

Two repubs at work have been smirking and giving me a hard time with the Rather situation. Finally, I had had enough and said, "Put your money where your mouth is. 100 bucks each that Kerry will win. If he loses, you can invest the 100 I give you to help your kids pay off the massive debt being left to them by Bushco."

They suddenly became quiet, with one mentioning a dinner at Saltgrass. I said, "No, I'm talking money." They eventually agreed, but not too confidently.

As Pitt, TIA, and others have been saying, we are going to win this thing.

They keep talking about the polls. I mention that Bush is under 50%, and that the undecideds will carry the election for Kerry. This is what typically happens when an incumbent is running and scores below 50.

You're right; I think it is easy money. I sure as hell seemed more confident than they did.
