The Vietnam Veterans Against the War site has a rebuttal if anyone's interested.

And the Sixties Project has this guy's testimony. His announcement of what he was going to say at the Winter Soldiers hearing and what he actually testified to were two different things. He didn't mention attrocities in his actual testimony, just gave an idea of the morale of the Vietnam troops in general.

Funny that he should come out with this now, innit.
