Evil Thought: Is Rush Violating Campaign Finance Laws?
Doesn't his show count as "advertising" after a certain point? I'm not a lawyer -- anyone have a clue? Its being billed as "opinion" but I'm thinking its more like multi-hour campaign commercials as he "explains" everything about the Evil One's positions....

I'm sure it would get tied up in court (and he'd still be on the air) if such an attempt were made.
