How is the campaign going over there? What a joke that is-Can you imagine our stooge Allawi going to campaign in Fallujah or outside the Green Zone for that matter.

1. I thought he was campaigning here.
Imagine he rarely ventures onto the street in Baghdad without a phalanx of protection.

3. Taliban order Afghan folks to vote for US candidate for Afghan Pres - Why?
Edited on Fri Sep-24-04 09:13 AM by papau
The BBC reported today that the Taliban have sent out a "moral command" (I am translating BBC into English here) that a good ?Taliban will vote for the Bush supported current Pres of Afghanistan, or face having their home burned down.

Now why is this support for Bush folks by the Taliban not on the US News?

4. Allawi defects to the Kerry campaign
Promised safety in exchange for never having to go home again. Gets job at Disneyland playing Pinocchio. Of course Bush would never pick a sane or honest man.

I hope the rush of puppet power is enough to offset the unending misery and hatred he must endure to no good purpose. Our man in Afghanistan appears fatalistically deranged with delusions of doing his five acres of nation some good.
