simple answer to the idiotic question: what's the Iraq position?
smirky: my opponent says the world is not safer with saddam in jail.

answer: Presiding Bush, NO the world is not safer as a result of your decision to invade a sovereign IRAQ. And even though Saddam deserves his own place in hell, it was not worth the cost we have suffered in lives & financially.

follow-on: When I voted, with congress, to give you authority, I trusted you, george, I believed you & so did congress when you said it was all about "Keeping the peace". You broke your promise to us AND to the American people. You owe them more George. You owe them the truth, but YOUR credibility is spent, I WILL TELL THEM THE TRUTH.

2. Here's another one.
"On taking office, I will immediately meet with all interested parties to help find a way to end the violence in Iraq. I will also began a process of withdrawal of all American troops from Iraq within 90 days."

Bet the media would headline that.

3. that would be great
but Zarqawi and the guys like him don't seem to want to talk. In this latest hostage taking and killing spree we keep saying we won't negotiate but it doesn't seem they even want us to negotiate. The Brits have been trying like the devil to start talks about their citizen, but no response.

4. I said, "All interested parties.."
Obviously, some of the insurgents aren't interested. Zarqawi&Co, like Bush&Co, would rather slug it out and make it a culture war.

6. They just want to know Kerry's because they don't have one of their own
Besides being criminals, they're incompetents.

They've invaded a country with the second largest oil reserves, and managed to decrease the oil output.

We deposed a tyrant and left a more dangerous mess than before.

More than anything, WE DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING TO COME OUT IN IRAQ. Right now, for the average Iraqi, it's WORSE: less healthy and much more dangerous. Bad as Hussein was, there are worse governments, and many are possible in an Iraq of the near future.
