1. From a Muslim perspective
I don't like the idea that Kerry would embellish blasphemy. A large number of Muslim Americans are voting for Kerry because they realize he will be fair and will respect our faith.

2. That is a good point. What i am trying to communicate using quotes
is that the invasion of Iraq has served al quaeda's purposes by playing into bin laden's predictions and by bringing in a new younger generation of jihadists, much like russia and afghanistan created the situtation that became al quaeda.

I am really trying to refute the bush keeps us safe because he starts wars. I realize this should be common sense.

3. Actually what I think they mean by embellishing blashemy
is Kerry would be appealing to moderate muslims, whereas Bush inflames the passions and helps recruitment

4. I think you have to make it clear ...
I like the font, photo, and idea a lot.

You should make it clear that the text is a quote, and the headline should make clear that it's Al Qaeda's endorsement of Bush.

I would title it something like Vote Bush (says Al Qaeda), use quotes, and give credit to the source. You could probably use just the last paragraph and put Bush's name in brackets after you .

5. Only intense political internet users will understand that flyer.
My advice is:

Say in big letters: "Bush Has Hurt Our Security!"

* Focused on Iraq instead of fighting Al Qaeda.
* Let Afghanistan and Iraq become unstable
* Outed an undercover CIA agent specializing in weapons-of-mass destruction, Valerie Plame.

Same photo.

6. I would ...
* use quotation marks and clearly cite and date the source

* lose the sentence referring to Kerry. It is confusing at first read.
Instead, transition from "Your stupidity and religious extremism is what we wants as our people will not wake from their deep sleep unless there is an enemy ..." and end with "... Because of this we desire you (Bush) to be elected." This might make a subtle correlation between their hate and Bush, ie - HE's the reason they attacked us, therefore, with him at the helm, the country is not safe.

Less is more, with verbage, in my experience. People would see it, see 3 or 4 paragraphs, skim it and toss it aside, without getting the full impact of the message.

JMHO's ...

Thanks for your efforts !!! :yourock:

7. good points
you said

* use quotation marks and clearly cite and date the source

the source is the spanish terror group that claimed the spain bombing. The date was last spring

* lose the sentence referring to Kerry. It is confusing at first read.

I would like to balance it with an expert quote on Al Quaeda recruitment vis a vis Iraq War. Jessica Stern of Harvard has talked about it, but I need the short concise quote.
