Just chatted with an old friend from NY
They are for Shrubbie because of the flip-flop issue against Kerry. They heard a sound bite and are sold! Very busy w/jobs and kids, so that's where they are at. I told them to get a bit more involved and read a bit more or at least watch "something".

2. They based their opinion on a sound bite? I only hope...
...they are "too busy" to vote.

3. Wow... I kind of feel sorry for their kids..
anyone that would be that gullible and shallow would raise some interesting children. That's just frightening.

6. The republican stategist that came up with that flipflop description
did it early in the campaign and the repukes sent their talking heads in the media to repeat this day after day. And you know why? Because they know a lot of Americans are a bunch of lazy idiots! They know that only the staunch Democrats that vote will be the ones that research this flipflop charge and see that it's not true. Flipflop was a catchy term and they ran with it with the help of the media. Of course, some freeper will accuse the Democrats of creating the idea that * isn't bright. The difference is that it's the TRUTH!
