Movement continued toward Bush for the past two weeks. Remember, however, these polls were taken over a period of time that only recently has shown the impact of Kerry's improved campaign strategy, so take that into account. Of all Rasmussen's data , the bi-weekly summaries are the most dated.
Iowa, Bush 48%-45% (2 point Bush pick up from poll of two weeks ago); Minnesota 46% Tie (1 point Bush pick up from poll of two weeks ago); Illinois, Kerry 51%-42% (3 point Bush pick up from two weeks ago); Georgia, Bush 53%-42% (3 point Bush pick up in two weeks).
Again, these polls are taken over a two week period in order to have sufficient volume. Minnesota will be added to the daily battleground updates, so we can more accurately follow the trend there. Nationally, Kerry has shown positive movement recently, so that movement has been diluted by a two-week poll, in my opinion.
