Arkansas & West VA DUers: RNC bible ban propaganda .....
Edited on Sat Sep-25-04 09:47 AM by hlthe2b
Is your local print, television, radio media doing anything to get the word out that this literature suggesting that Dems would ban bibles is a false and orchestrated attempt on the part of the Repugs to mislead?

How much is the press doing to counter/expose this?

1. I doubt seriously if the press in either of those two states is doing....
...anything to counter that vile piece of propaganda.

4. It doesn't matter whether the local media covers this.
It won't change anybody's mind either way. People dumb or brainwashed enough to buy into this new GOP lie are not smart or informed enough to vote for Kerry under any circumstances. At best, this lie gives Bible Belt rethugs -- who were always going to vote for Bush anyway -- another phoney reason for doing so.

OTOH, it WOULD be nice if routine GOP lies like this would get the same media scrutiny and produce the same backlash of 'outrage' that every Democrat stinging charge -- true or not -- engenders.
