General Menoher is an all-source guy whereas Porter Goss is a human intelligence guy.

General Menoher spent his entire career in intelligence; Porter Goss has been a congressman for quite some time.

General Menoher is probably a Republican--most high-ranking officers are--but I know he's no neocon. (I know this because I know General Menoher.) Porter Goss we know about.

Given the choice between Porter Goss and General Menoher, I'll take General Menoher any day, and so should you. And so should President Kerry.

Whatever posts that can be fired by the president should. These people should not be kept on in any capacity. I don't trust them. They would undermine Kerry's presidency and likely work with GOP congressional leaders in trying to topple his administration. I'm convinced they will do anything to steal elections - ANYTHING. It could end up like the situation with Freeh (that stupid fucker) under Clinton. Clinton should have got rid of him long ago.
