Debates. Do the candidtes know the questions beforehand?

In the last debate, questions will be asked by self-identified undecided voters (what a strange animal that is!) and have to clear their questions with the moderator. But do the candidates know what question is coming in that or the other debates?

I expect, if not, the Thug side will eventually demand it in a future election cycle.
