I Don't Understand This...
I know I only set myself up for grief paying attention to polls, but supposedly, Bush is making inroads on women, traditionally a solid Democratic constituency. Not single women, not middle aged and older women, but married women under 50. Supposedly (this was a story on CNN) these women don't really pay too much attention to issues, but to character, leadership, etc. And "they" say these women like what is perceived as Bush's decisiveness over what some (incorrectly) say is Kerry's flip flopping.

So, these married women like Bush's stubborn, pig-headed decisiveness, his refusal to admit he might be wrong. But do these same women scream like shrews or just quietly fume when their husbands drive around lost and refuse to admit they are lost (much less ask for directions)?

1. wonder if these are the same women
who are abused spouses? Because Bush is abusing us all.

3. This is just spin. Bush went up in the polls with both men and women

after the Convention, and Kerry and Bush are running even now.
