New Washington poll: Kerry 14 point lead
Edited on Mon Sep-27-04 04:49 AM by Norbert
John Kerry could carry the state of Washington in the 2004 United States presidential election, according to a poll by Elway Research. 52 per cent of respondents would vote for the Democratic nominee, while 38 per cent would support Republican incumbent George W. Bush.

Also California:

The Democratic ticket of John Kerry and John Edwards would carry the state of California in the 2004 United States presidential election, according to a poll by the Public Policy Institute of California. 51 per cent of respondents would vote for the Democratic challengers, while 39 per cent would support Republican incumbents George W. Bush and Dick Cheney.

3. Not many Bush/Cheney stickers here in Puget Sound.
Definitely not seeing the visible yard sign and bummper sticker support at the same level as in 2000, and Bush lost this state by about 1% in 2000.

My "eyes" poll agrees with this Elway Research poll.
