The Senate seat that Zell Miller is vacating (yay!) is going to be crucial in this election. The current poll has Denise Majette 5 points behind Isakson, but with 11 percent of voters undecided. www.majetteforsenate.org

And for the "that south is so racist, what's the point?" DUers, race is not going to be an issue in this election. We already have at least 3 black Democrats currently holding statewide office in Georgia, including our attorney general, Thurbert Baker.

It can be done people. The latest polls show Georgia as Weak Bush. With the tiniest bit of effort, Georgia can go blue. It can happen. We just have to make it happen.
