No I guess the hubby got things wrong, nothing new there but I was sad.
I'm over it and I'll have 8 yrs to see him. I had a note to give him to visit us but had to email him. Oh well

8. I'm sorry to hear that....maybe next time?
Hmmm...is he coming your way again? Have you been volunteering with the local offices? Sorry it didn't work out....

But, having him in the Oval Office the next 8 years is a good consolation prize..... :hi:

9. Local office is not an option. I do the work on my own. My union gives me
all my supplies. I live in Ca so I work on mexicans and Kerry doesn't come to often but I am a yellowdog Dem so I don't mind.

2. They have no eyes, they have no ears.
They believe in bush because bush says that he was saved by Jesus. Nothing will convince these nuts otherwise. These are the same people who send money to televangelists.

3. Hadn't thought about the teleBSers lately. I'm going to want to peek in on
their forums to see their tune.

4. I'd like to see Kerry & Bush debate side by side
on a level stage without the podiums... Bush 5'8", Kerry 6'4"... I know it's absurd, but the tallest candidate always wins! :)

5. I guess shaking hands could work, I don't know how 50' podium works.
It will still be obvious Kerry is a giant compared to turd.

10. Remember that many have drunk the Kool-Aid and nothing will

convince them the emperor has no clothes. Since Bush* nearly won in 2000, I've been forced to the conclusion that as much as 50% of the American electorate are either incapable of ascertaining which of two candidates is more knowledgeable and better prepared to lead the country, or they simply don't give a shit.

That doesn't mean we won't win this year. I believe Bush* has lost some of his 2000 supporters and we know voter registration is way up. I'm hoping for a huge turn-out for Kerry so that the vote is not close enough for the Bushistas to steal this time. But I think it's unrealistic to expect many Bushbots to see the light now, or ever. They're in some kind of a deep trance.
