Scientific Theories – The Party supports the objective teaching and equal treatment of scientific strengths and weaknesses of all scientific theories, including Intelligent Design – as Texas law now requires but has yet to enforce. Let's just associate them with what they want: religious fundamentalism. That's really a fading demographic that we don't want, anyway.

So, let's start talking about the Republican party as being the fundamentalist party. Let's split them.

The wimpy Democrats are secularists but don't stand up strongly for secular values -- which is REALLY what this country was founded on. The Democrats choose instead to walk on eggshells when dealing with religion and values. There is NOTHING anti-religon about secularism. The wall between church and state is integral to freedom of religion -- secularists deeply respect both.
