Florida may be a key battleground state again. If you're feeling frustrated and powerless then DO SOMETHING TO HELP: VOLUNTEER. They need people to drive voters to the polls, canvas etc. I'm sure that your talents and skills would be useful.

You'll be shocked at how good it makes you feel.

Here's an easy way to volunteer in Florida. ACT is also active in Ohio, PA, etc.

We have recently put our volunteer mobilization tool for Florida on-line. This tool will allow you to choose where in Florida you are, or will be going, and allow us to better plan for you. It will also allow individuals coming together to create groups so that we have a way of keeping you together. It is interactive and will allow you to add/change info at anytime.

Oct. 2 is the deadline for registering new voters but they're crying for help on the long weekend before/during the election.
