I wish Kerry or Edwards would come to Texas for a rally.

I think it would show all republicans that Kerry isn't afraid of Bush. I know that Kerry will never win in Texas, but I think it would send a strong, confident message.

1. I know, I miss getting to see our candidates also.

I live in a smaller city, less than 100,000, and two hours to any metroplex. If we were a battleground state, I might would have a chance to get to a rally. I think the best we can do is contribute, talk to people, and do telephone (etc) volunteer work.

But the candidates' time is better spent in battleground states, especially with only five weeks left.
