Kerry Inches Ahead In See-Saw Pennsylvania
Quinnipiac University Poll Finds; Most Will Watch Debates, Say They Are Important

Democratic challenger John Kerry has moved ahead by a nose among Pennsylvania likely voters and now holds a 49 - 46 percent lead over President George W. Bush, according to a Quinnipiac University poll released today. This tally includes undecided voters leaning toward a candidate.

President Bush had 49 percent to Sen. Kerry's 48 percent among Pennsylvania likely voters in a September 16 poll by the independent Quinnipiac (KWIN uh-pe-ack) University.
