Debate Hype... not worth it.
This is a big setup for a disappointment since only hardcore political junkies knows what the debate rules are...

They aren't really going to debate.

As far as I know they aren't allowed to ask each other a question or really talk off the script to each other.

So basically (unless the moderator tries to trick them or play the "gotcha game") they have been rehearsing answers all weekend to the most probable foreign policy questions and I'm sure Dubya will have 3 or 4 jokes written for him that he can pepper throughout the debate.

Verdict... Tie. The commentators will bash Kerry for being boring and praise Bush for smirking and acting like "regular folk".
