Why don't we all start calling Bush..."BUBBLE BOY"
It came to me when I was watching Seinfeld and not even that episode. We all have names for him but this fits him perfectly. It's not vulgar, we could use it everywhere and boy would it get under his skin if it caught on .

Everybody around him protects him. Like a little baby. He needs to be insulated everywhere he goes. Needs his Karl Rove, Dick Chaney when he testifies, his hand selected audience, his specified room temperature, his earpiece, no press conferences. There's probably 20 examples like this why you'd wonder he isn't fed his food through a tube.

Those who saw the Seinfeld (and a lot did) would know exactly what we mean. And those who didn't would wonder why the hell are we calling him Bubble Boy and want to find out.

3. I like it! I don't mind calling him that at all.
Or as suggested above, "The boy in a rose-colored bubble." I'd love to see him get irritated.

6. And that's really insulting, but perfect.
The one on Seinfeld was totally helpless. Couldn't even TOUCH anybody. Had to depend on his mother for everything.

8. Hadn't seen that.
It just proves what I'm saying.

We need a short clear aggravating descriptive slogan. I think this could be it.

Republican's wave sandals. We have clear beach balls. Bush the BUBBLE BOY .
