Where is Kerry's urban policy?

Since most of his votes will come from cities, you would expect Kerry to have a separate urban policy. He doesn't (or I could not find it). He has a separate policy for rural areas, which will probably not vote for him anyway.

That was the Reverend's primary issue. Sharpton threw his support to tKerry. minimally he has a seat at the table for it.

5. Kerry's policies for Urban America are interspersed through

several of his plans. For example, Children and Families, Stronger Communities, Health Care, Education, the Economy and Civil Rights all have elements of his urban agenda.

But you're right - it should be all compiled under one specific label. Why don't you send an email to the campaign website and make that suggestion?
