We're making progress here, folks.

On edit: and without NH or NM, too.

Kerry wins Florida. Then Kerry wins.

9. Florida is going to be uncountable
Due to hurricane damage and the now biz as usual cheating. We need to win it without FLA. As Rummy might say, "Nothing's perfect".

11. I half agree.
We should try to win it without Florida. But having Florida makes much it harder to lose.

13. Yes, it would be nice to have all 50 though...
To paraphrase Ronald Reagan in 1980 (in his bid to win over the "Reagan Democrats")...

Kerry should say "Red States, come over to our side..."

(PS I know "all 50" is a dream...)

15. Im in FL and not worried - Hurricane helps Kerry
Due to 4 storms - extremely damaging storms, all the republican operatives are going to leave, if they havent already. People are fleeing the state left and right, except those who have been here a while. Im telling you guys...TX invaded Florida - you can see it in the license plates. TX plates are all over...5-7 times more than GA, an adjacent state. Since the storms, I havent seen the around as much. The radio down here and the news is constantly talking about how so many people who have recently moved here in the past few years are going to leave because rumor has it, this is the begining of a 20 yr cycle where this state will be battered like this every year. And we're only half way through hurricane season this year! People are rightfully scared, and they are haulin ass..all I can say is I hope the door dont hit em on their way out of here. We're too populated anyways. Come to visit - vacation - spend your money - then get the hell out - ESPECIALLY if you are from TX with a W sticker on your car.
Seriously though - I have been seeing more and more Kerry support down here - and Im in a very conservative area. IF the elections are fair (and I hear Jimmy Carter is now saying they wont be...but what the hell can we do??) but IF they are fair, Kerry will 'Karry' FL.

5. Florida's already counted, there- it's in Kerry's column.
Ohio, however, is not. If Kerry wins both Ohio and Florida, it's all over. We don't even need Iowa or MN any of the rest of the midwestern states.

4. I like electoral vote but
look at many of the red states, esp IA and WI. The polls were taken over a week ago.

I suspect that next week we will start seeing Kerry > 270 EVS.

14. Does He Use RVs or LVs?

I can't remember. If it's RVs, he'll flip Ohio tomorrow.

7. Kerry will carry MD by 10 points. The fact that the state polls are so
far off in MD tells me thay are probably wrong in places like Iowa and Minnesota as well.
