Kerry-oke Fund Raising Rally In Nashville Tonight

Over 1000 Kerry/Edwards supporters came out tonight to see and hear Emmy Lou Harris, Rodney Crowell, Kim Carnes(Betty Davis Eyes), John Kay(Born To Be Wild), Nanci Griffith and several other notables take requests for $$ so the Music Row Democrats can buy more TV time for our self produced ad which started running tonight statewide. Were not condsidered a target state that gets DNC funds so were doing it on our own. I'm feeling the love- it was a glorious night. They got $1000. alone for Kim Carnes to sing Betty Davis Eyes!!

Some really high powered industry movers and shakers are behind this group. Nanci Griffith sang "From A Distance" and sang the line"God Is Watching Us" in 4 or 5 languages. It was very moving
