Does anyone remember with Gore, wasn't there at least one time when the moderater said, "Mr. Bush, you have more time if you'd like finish." And he said, "Ah, um, nope I'm through."

3. I disagree
His style is to obfuscate, muddy the waters, and eventually get to "terrism", "worlds a safer place without Saddam", etc. I think he'll take up all the allotted time and still not answer the question.

4. But he'll be proclaimed as efficient
and not wordy, like Kerry.

That's what people will remember:

Bush had time left, so that's good - he's plainspoken. Nobody will remember what he said becuase it had no substance, just that he's plainspoken.

5. Just like last time
He never answers a question he's asked. He just uses a bunch of twaddle to fill time. For instance, if he's asked about his ideas on improving American education, he'll respond, "I believe in a strong 'Amurika', and I think we should go get the 'terrarists' where they live!"

The awful thing about it is that he'll completely get away with it, and he'll be deemed a "strong and competent" debater who "appeared presidential." You're right though; he won't be able to fill his alloted time. He's full of shit, but with his limited brain power, he won't even be able to bullshit for the alloted time.

8. ideas on improving Americn education...
"You know, the way to improve the education is by having smarter kids. That's what I believe in, unlike Mr. Kerry here. Because when we have smarter kids we have a stronger America. And that's what makes this such a great country. And that's why we need to be a beacon to the world..."

like he did when he got "caught off gaurd" about making mistakes...he really sounds just different than in the clips I have seen form 1994 and from the 2000 debates..sounds more ignorant...
