QUESTION FOR DU RESEARCHERS
so W got an MBA from harvard right? does that mean he had to write a dissertation/thesis or something to get that MBA and if so has anyone scrutinized that thesis to check to see if one of daddy's friends wrote it or if parts of it were plagerized?

2. He also has a Bachelor's Degree in History from Yale.
He surely had to write something during his stint there. I've always wanted to read his straight-C work.

3. a Master's would be a thesis/Ph.D: Dissertation
but MBAs, I think are different....I am sure there are several MBAs that will chime in.

4. You know.....that is an excellent question
I just do not know what the requirements were on that program back then - if a thesis was required. But I am hoping that someone from DU is in the area and can check in the libarary. I know for a doctorate degree, the university/college normally keeps the thesis on file in the library forever. Not sure on what was required for his Masters, but I am "guessing" that a thesis was required. Do not know much about MBAs - not my field - but this cannot be that hard to check on.

Excellent idea, my DU friend! :toast:

5. Good question...
I just did a search on OCLC "First Search" using its Advanced Search feature.

I entered "George Walker Bush" in the author field and limited my search to "Thesis/dissertation" and found nothing...

I tried "George W Bush" and "Thesis/dissertation" and found nothing...

It appears he did not have to write a thesis for his masters.

Any suggestions?
