What I think would be an opening knock out punch!!
Just dawned on me...in his first remarks, he should say something to the effect that he would just like to say that he wishes that there could be more of a formal debate and exchange of ideas, as in the past, but since this is what we have agreed to..."

SO MANY are talking about the 'presentations' or the 'so-called' debates. I think this would let people see that he really wants to openly discuss the issues with this man that refuses to listen. It would make people take a closer look at him, because he will have said what is on the mind of almost every single person watching. IMHO

reaching down behind the lecturn and starting a chain saw and then started running through, uh, no, naw, that would probably not be prudent.
