Diplomacy is hard to explain
When everyone asks Kerry how he'll build alliances, it's as much personal skills and intelligence and motivation as it is some 5-point plan that he can lay out. He should tell Bush that diplomacy involves more than inviting questionable characters over to watch him clear brush at "the ranch" and requires more thought process than looking into someone's soul.
